Who am I? I'm an eating disorder activist who believes in FULL recovery. Why? Because I'm proof!

After struggling for 6 years with anorexia and intense depression, I've turned my life around and am living a life I never imagined was possible.

I'm a champion for freedom - freedom to feel, freedom to heal, and freedom to be your true self...your best self. ♥
